Michelle Goss is a partner and co-founder in Artful Leadership, LLC. Since 1998, she has specialized in working with corporate executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs who are dedicated to creating personal and organizational success. She is known for her lively, unconventional approach to leadership and for guiding high-performance teams and individuals to far exceed their goals.
Formerly an HR executive, Michelle has over 20 years of experience consulting managers and professionals in the areas of business development, communication, change, productivity, and motivation. Michelle draws on her practical experience and her passion for success when coaching and consulting others to succeed.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN, a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation, and Co-ActiveTM Coach certification from The Coaches Training Institute. She currently lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, daughter, and two 10-pound "guard dogs", Xena and Jasmine.
