Mary Butler is founder and principle of BreakThru Coaching & Consulting. She has over 28 years of management, training, human resources and coaching experience in a variety of diverse corporate settings. Her philosophy is to have others identify and cultivate the leader in them, to have the courage to follow their instincts, and the integrity and caring that enables them to mobilize resources. As an executive coach, she is especially attuned to the demands of a changing, fast paced environment and works with her clients to enhance personal skills for high performance teamwork and leadership. She offers breadth and depth to a partnership with sensitivity to workplace issues, knowing that individuals have what it takes to succeed, and the foresight to recognize that corporate cultures will change dramatically in the years to come.

 

Mary received her BA from the University of Toledo and an MBA from St. Mary’s College. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by The Coaches Training Institute, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation, a facilitator for a year-long experiential leadership program, and a senior faculty member of The Coaches Training.
